Head Spa Aftercare - Protecting Your Results

Your Zen Glow experience does not end when you leave. The hours that follow are a continuation of the ritual - allowing active ingredients and scalp rebalance to fully integrate.

Avoid washing your hair for 24 hours

Your scalp's natural oils rebalance and active ingredients need time to absorb. Washing too soon diminishes these benefits.

Avoid dry shampoo and styling products

Allow your scalp to breathe freely for 24 hours. Products can clog the scalp pores we have worked to open and cleanse.

Drink plenty of water

Hydration supports the detox and circulation-boosting benefits of your scalp massage. Aim for 1.5–2 litres.

Avoid sun exposure and very hot showers

After scalp exfoliation, your scalp will be more sensitive. Avoid direct sunlight and very hot showers on the day.

Protect your calm

Your nervous system has been gently reset. Allow yourself quiet time - even 30 minutes of rest will help the relaxation settle deeper.

Maintain your glow between visits

We recommend regular Head Spa sessions every 3–4 weeks for ongoing scalp health and the best long-term results.
